1. TERMS
The following terms apply to goods supplied by Yingi Goma and ordered from the official website at www.yingigoma.com. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
Yingi Goma reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to future sales and do not create rights for any parties other than the purchaser.
2. ORDERS & PRICING
• Payments are accepted via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other available payment methods at checkout.
• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and USD ($) and may be subject to VAT and delivery charges.
• Any applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
• Prices may be updated periodically. Certain works may increase in price as limited editions sell out.
If a pricing error is discovered before your order is dispatched, Yingi Goma will notify you immediately. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
3. DIGITAL PRINTED ART ORDERS
• All digital art prints are produced and shipped globally by The Print Space.
• Payment is processed through available payment platforms at checkout.
• Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on location.
All items are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, Yingi Goma will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. DELIVERY
• Estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and depend on location and processing times.
• Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
• Courier services will be used for artwork deliveries, and a signature may be required upon delivery.
• If no one is available at the delivery address, you will receive a notification for rescheduling or collection.
Once an order has been marked as delivered, the responsibility for the artwork, including risk of damage or loss, transfers to you. It is your responsibility to insure the artwork if necessary.
If Yingi Goma cannot deliver your order within 30 days, you will be notified, and you may request a full refund. Yingi Goma is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or any damage occurring after delivery.
5. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT
• Purchasing an artwork does not grant ownership of copyright.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or submit images of Yingi Goma’s artwork for publication without permission.
• Yingi Goma retains full copyright over all artworks, including those sold, and may use images of sold works for advertising, publications, social media, and future promotional purposes.
6. PAYMENT SECURITY
Yingi Goma processes payments securely through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. These platforms use encryption and security measures to protect your financial transactions.
